Financing
How families actually pay for this.
Doula and Night Nurse care is a real investment, and most people don't realise how many ways there are to cover it. Some already have a benefit they've never used. Here's every route, plainly.
Through your employer
Carrot Fertility
A family-forming benefit some employers provide. If you have it, it can be used with us.
Carrot is offered as part of a benefits package, so you can't sign up for it directly — ask your HR or benefits team whether it's included in your plan. Members regularly use it for doula and Night Nurse care.

Maven
The same idea as Carrot, from a different provider, and equally usable here.
Also employer-provided, so it's worth checking your benefits even if you've never heard it mentioned. We've had families arrive through Maven who didn't know they had it until they asked.

Affirm
Pay over time instead of all at once. No employer benefit required.
Affirm splits the cost into scheduled payments, with terms shown to you before you commit. It's the route most families use when a benefit plan isn't an option.

Out of pocket
Our services are self-pay, and we'll always give you an itemised receipt.
You can submit that receipt to your insurance provider or your HSA/FSA administrator for reimbursement. Whether it's covered is between you and your plan — but you'll have the paperwork to ask.
What it covers
Mostly the big ones.
Benefit plans and payment plans are used most often for labor doula and Night Nurse packages, where the cost is highest and the support runs longest. Studio visits — ultrasounds, IV therapy, massage — are usually paid directly or covered by membership.
Worth doing first
Ask your HR or benefits team whether your plan includes Carrot or Maven. It takes one email, and families are often surprised.
If it does, bring it to your consultation and we'll work out what it covers together. If it doesn't, Affirm is open to anyone.
